Traxster Presents – CWALMOB.com Vol. 1

| September 22, 2008 | 0 Comments

You have to honor Traxster, my friends.  Not only due to the fact that he’s a Godfather of Chicago hip-hop, but also because whenever he starts a new website, he releases a free album full of quality material.  So to kick off his new site CWALMOB.com , Traxster drops a 15-track album featuring previously unrelased material from E-Dub, Johnny P, Big Rap, Dun Deal, Dawreck and more.

You know this guy is going to happy about it.

Sidenote: I heard that Traxster had an album release party at Giovanni’s on Saturday night where he, Payroll and a few others performed.  Did anyone go to that?

Mic Terror – “Get Off” (Prod. by Brian “All Day” Miller)

| September 19, 2008 | 0 Comments

So my boy Jesse Lee a.k.a. Mr. Dub Frequency hooked up with imeem.com for the Creme De La Creme mixtape.  The mixtape in its entirety drops this coming Tuesday (Sept 23rd) online, and will be physically available at the Creme De La Creme events in Chicago, LA and NYC.

The mixtape itself features new and exclusive material from Chicago heavyweights such as The Cool Kids, Mic Terror, Kidz In The Hall, Hollywood Holt and the homie Vyle.

The track Jesse was nice enough to leak to me is the Brian “All Day” Miller (what up B?) produced “Get Off” performed by the Mic Terrorist.  No matter how hard I tried, I was only able to make this stream only.
