A Cook County judge Monday ordered Chicago rapper Belo — behind bars for a 2002 murder — to pay $8 million to the victim’s family as part of a settlement in a civil wrongful death case, court documents show. Belo, whose real name is Darnell Smith, is serving a 10-year prison term after pleading guilty to second-degree murder for the November 2002 shooting death of Raynard ”B-Dog” Pinkston at 2310 S.
