Since Twista’s Category F5 sprung a leak earlier today, I’ve received an overwhelming amount of emails, tweets and inquiries on the whereabouts of the Twista, Kanye West and No ID collaboration, “Alright”.
Well, Twista didn’t lie to you, but the track WILL NOT make the retail version of CF5. It’s been tacked on as an iTunes bonus track, since it wasn’t finished at pressing time.
So you’ll have to wait until Tuesday to purchase that, along with the rest of the album.
Hosted by the kid Sean Mac. Presented by Fake Shore Drive.
Who releases more mixtapes than Berg? I think he and Reno Chinati should have a walk mixtape off.
All new material, featuring some serious heat from the Yung’in. Enjoy.

Well, kind of….I just liked how that headline sounded.
Anyhoo – NYC, get ready for a Chi-Town invasion on July 30th. We are bringing the crib to your crib for a special concert from GLC and Christian Rich.

Shouts to Hustle!
I told you today was going to be a problem. I hoped you believed me.
The much-talked about, and long-awaited collaboration between Twista and Techa Nina is finally here. I know there’s been a lot of back and forth about if this track was going to make the final cut of Twista’s Category F5, and I’m here to tell you that it’s not, due to sample clearance issues.
However, since the buzz on this track was so serious, Twista and camp decided to share it with everyone as an added bonus prior to the release of Category F5, which drops next Tuesday (7/14/09). So please support the album and the man that’s given you countless heat over the years.
If you’ve been following the site, then you know that I raved about “Problems” back when I first heard it at a Category F5 listening session at Twista’s lab back in March . It was definitely one of the stand-outs from the handful of tracks I heard. It was produced by the Blended Babies (who also did Skooda’s “Loungin”) and was mixed by JP Keller with assistance from Jon Spurgeon at Rax Trax recording studio. I’m telling you, these Blended Babies cats have some heat on deck.
Enough babbling from me – enjoy “Problems” and pick up Category F5 next Tuesday.

Jiggman kicks his highly-controversial verse that he first spit in Las Vegas a few nights ago. Luckily, Marc Moran was on hand last night at S. Carter’s Chicago date to catch some clearer footage.
