Marc Moran has teamed up with Virgil and Don C to open the RSVP Gallery: “The Parallel Between Pop Art & Luxury” in Wicker Park. I stopped by the store this weekend to check it out firsthand and I was more than impressed with what they’ve created. The “curators” have kept the layout extra ‘minimalist’ and feature some of the dopest pop art, glowing signs flashing lights (Chanel, Rolex, Apple) and inventory in Chicago. They also have runs in all sizes of the Yeezy’s as well as Kanye’s Louis Vuitton shoe line. Yes, you read that correctly. Runs in all sizes. They also have a Louis Vuitton skateboard, if you’re in the market for one of those. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself.

(Chicago, IL) Offering merchandise that doubles as art, RSVP serves as a luxury boutique/art gallery that displays and sells pop art and design from around the world.
Short for Résponde si vous plez or please respond, the store’s name is an invitation for guests to not only visit the space, but participate, get inspired, and respond.
DESIGN:
Bars of green neon line RSVP’s black painted ceiling while exposed brick walls display giant neon art pieces commissioned by RSVP – all channeling the store’s design concept of pairing pop art with luxury. Using minimalism and raw space, RSVP takes the look of a pop art gallery, with its merchandise as the featured pieces.
