This unreleased gem featuring vocal assistance from Johnny Legend did not end up making the final copy of Shawnna’s sophomore set Block Music. I’m not sure how or why this ended up on the cutting room floor, but hey, it’s better late than never, eh?
This is a leak from Shawnna’s Block Music Mixtape, which features a handful of unrleased Shawnna tracks, that have yet to see the light of day. The project was hosted by DJ Geno & Mustafa Rocks, and features Bump J, Cap 1 and Teefa.
Sidenote: DJ Geno was actually Shawnna’s DJ during this time prior to Million $ Mano. Also, Geno A&R’d the whole Block Music project, but was only given credit as “Studio Coordinator”. I guess the world now knows. I thought he did a great job with that project too, btw.
