Ever wonder what a party at Robert Kelly’s house looks like? Here we have some rare footage taken within the confines of Kells house last night during his Holiday party for his latest release Love Letter. Close to 100 ladies were invited to partake in the events last night, and luckily Kells allowed a few pictures to be taken, despite his super private/strict nature.
Here is some footage of Chicago-producer Toxic, in the studio working on Keyshia Cole’s “Tired of Doing Me”, which also features Tank. The track was produced by Toxic and N8 (for Toxic Productions) and appears on Keyshia’s recently released Calling All Hearts.
Bonus: Toxic – Wake Up [Snippet]. Here’s a small does of what you can expect from Toxic’s upcoming project The Chemical which drops February 8th. This is already sounding insane.
Update: Kanye West feat. Cam’Ron, Vado, Jim Jones, Pusha T, Cyhi Da Prynce, Teyana Taylor, Big Sean & Musiq – Christmas in Harlem
Questions: I wonder who threw the white flag re: Dipset vs. Kanye? Whatever happened to Christmas in the Chi? Deericious?
Update: Vado verse. No tags.

This past weekend, during the mayhem of WGCI’s Big Jam festivities, Twista and Lloyd found some time to get together to film a video treatment for Twista’s “Bad Girl”, which is featured on his latest release The Perfect Storm (in stores now). For such a heavy task, GMG recruited the killer combo of Brandon “N2ition” Riley and Da Visionaryz to handle directing duties. Noyz (of Da Visionaryz) is referring to this newly formed union as the White Men Can’t Jump/Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson (minus the weed and tax evasion) of hip-hop videos. All jokes aside, this clip is turning out super clean and should be dropping within the next few weeks. The ladies really love this track and there were more than a few bad girls on set. Hit the jump for more pictures.

What is being dubbed as the surprise hit of fourth quarter, R. Kelly’s Love Letter, was reported as selling an impressive 150,000 copies within it’s first week in stores with little to no promotion, and no single to speak of. A source within Kelly’s camp contacted me today to inform me that the album actually moved 10k more than reported (160k is a more accurate total), and the project was apparently undershipped by the label. Best Buy and Wal-Mart locations across the country ran out of copies within days, and I’m told the label has shipped an additional 300,000 units to combat the mishap. Very impressive in this day and age, I must say. The album, which may throw some Kells fans for a loop, is a departure from his traditional sound, but his risk seems to be paying off.
I don’t know much about P-Wonda, but here he hooks up with Gangsta L, so his concept is embraced.
Produced by SC & Mike Treese
Yeah, you’ve heard the Graham Nash sample flipped a few times, but does it really ever get old? I mean, if you ask SC to flip it, you know he’s going to do you right. A per that request, he and Mike Treese did just that…
This witty dedication to the place Gee and Treese call home will be found on their upcoming, long overdue album, which is due out soon. You’ll be able to get a peak of the project at their listening session Thursday night at Empire Liquors (details after the jump).
Also, the pic above was taken during the video shoot for MUL’s upcoming graffiti video, which will be incorporating the song. Be on the lookout for that, too.
Mass Hysteria – Chicago
Mush Millie steps onto the road less traveled and attempts to tackle Twista’s “Up To Speed”, a rapid fire burner of his latest release, The Perfect Storm. Now, as you may or may not know, Mush is no slouch when it comes to twistin’, and he more than handles his own on this one. Catch up.
Mush Millions – Up To Speed [Catch Up]
Directed by Brandon “N2ition” Riley. Track produced by No I.D.
