Former Fall Out Boy frontman Patrick Stump recruits Wasalu for the first single from his debut solo project, Soul Punk. If you remember, Stump actually produced “Little Soldier” from Lupe’s The Cool album, so this isn’t the first time these two have worked together.
Lu and Patrick (both from Chicago) dedicate this one to the City of Wind.

The 8 piece is in good company with the likes of Big Sean, Curren$y and Dom Kennedy who also dropped full lengths today.
