In honor of what would’ve been J Dilla’s 38th birthday, The Primeridian drop their Dilla-dedicated What If Jay Dee produced PCP? project, where they revisit many of Mr. Yancey’s best and brightest productions.

And I guess this is as good of time as any to plug my ‘The 50 Best Dilla Songs‘ piece I did for Complex Mag. I take a look back at 50 records he had a hand in, and share my thoughts–a must read for any real fan of Dilla Dog. Check it here.
