Yet another snippet from Cousin Bang’s long awaited move, Cousin Bang: The Movie. No word on a release date yet.

The ennui of the NBA season has already taken it’s toll on me. Whether it’s the compressed schedule, injuries, or the player’s lack of conditioning, it’s getting hard to watch the Association some nights. If David Stern has the power to veto trades, can he fast forward the season to the playoffs already or at least can he get rid of the Bobcats? It seems like every night the Bulls are beating up on some god awful team by double digits and with the game in hand, I’m left to pray that Derrick Rose doesn’t suffer a season ending injury. He already has two chronic injuries to his toe and his back that will stay with him the entire season. It’s no secret the Bulls championship hopes rise with every Rose crossover drive to the basket and fall every time he violently throws his body by weaving through the forest of outstretched hands waiting to knock him on to the unforgiving hardwood but there’s another obstacle in the way of the Bulls championship hopes.

Yesterday in Orlando, Chicago music industry vet, Wayne Williams, held his annual charity basketball game during all-star weekend. Da Internz, R. Kelly, 50 Cent, Floyd Mayweather, Chris Brown, Common and others were on hand to participate. Da Visionaryz were in the building and snapped a few pics for us.
Dre a.k.a. HighLife drops his third track within a weeks time. If you’re keeping score at home, that’s the definition of working. Here his partner in crime Naledge Born lends a helping hand on “Open Liquor.” It’s open container life ’round here. Produced by Nez + Rio.
No word on when Dre’s project is set to drop, but from the looks of things, it’s coming sooner than later.

Remember this Mp3 that dropped forever ago? Well, now we have the official video. Nicely done, fellas.
Noelz The Popular Kid mixtape drops April 13th.
During an interview with a Milwaukee-based blog, Zoo Lou said that he’s planning to drop a new mixtape along with his highly- anticipated album, Dope & Shrimp. Entitled Motion Picture, the mixtape is set to feature production from C-Sick, J. Hill, Lo-Key, D-Gainz and more. Although no set date has been give, Lou says that we should expect both projects in a few weeks. Expect the video for the mixtape’s title track to impact soon, also.
I’ve been lucky enough to hear a great deal of the records featured on these two projects and I can assure you that they are a problem. You’ve been warned.
