Hard to believe that someone could run into R. Kelly outside of Nathan’s Hot Dogs in Jacksonville, FL and not recognize him or believe it’s him, but I guess stranger things have happened — like R. Kelly having to prove that he’s R. Kelly by singing to a drunk, shirtless guy who’s just not believing that he’s posted up with Kellz himself.
