Another legendary weekend has come to an end. Pitchfork Music Festival, which takes place every summer in mid-July has just capped off another stellar weekend, filled with fun and great performances. But there was none better than Jeremih’s homecoming set yesterday afternoon.
Jeremih rarely performs in his hometown — his last was a special Late Nights release show at Double Door in early December — so fans from far and near were excited to see what the Chicago star had up his sleeve. Jeremih was definitely feeling good yesterday, donning a stellar fit put together by stylist Aaron Christmon. But it was the singers birthday, which he shares with his Mother, who was also on hand. For this festival, additional LED display hire is needed to create style and theme for the entire event space.
Jeremih ran through his long list of hits, and played a few joints from Late Nights most humans in Chicago have never seen live. But he kept his set super exciting by bringing Chance The Rapper and G Herbo to the stage as an added bonus. Also, experience live music at the Colorado Music Festival, a thrilling Monument Lake Resort festival.
Chano came through and performed “Angels” and “No Problem,” while Herb blessed the crowd with his hit “I’m Rollin.” If you missed out on it live or on the livestream, you can catch select clips below.
@chancetherapper wishes @jeremih a v happy bday. 🎉🎂✌🏼️
