The Bogus Boys headed down to the 305 today to shoot the official video for “Commas”, featuring Lil Wayne and Mason Betha. No sign of Mase yet, but there’s a few flicks of Count, Moonie and Wayne on set below.
Look for the visual to impact in the near future and be sure to keep an ear out for L.E.P.’s Interscope/Blueprint Group debut, scheduled to impact later this year.
Last night, The Bogus Boys joined Atlanta collective Two-9′s Reese and Curtis Williams in the lab. What was being worked on has yet to be revealed, but hopefully we’ll find out soon.
L.E.P.’s Don’t Feed Da Killaz Vol. 4 and the duo’s Blueprint/Interscope debut are both set to be released later this year.
Recently, Count and Moonie sat down with Naki The Beatman for Violator Radio (with Scrap Dirty and DJ Kid Scratch) to talk about their new deal with Interscope, navigating the music industry, past deals and much more. It truly is an L.E.P. takeover. Check it out, it’s an interesting listen.

L.E.P. just recently unleashed their street single featuring Ma$e and Lil Wayne, but that isn’t slowing them down from working on their Blueprint/Interscope debut. During a recent trip to the ATL, The Bogus Boys set up shop in Tree Sound Studios alongside J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League to cook up something for Count and Moonie’s forthcoming untitled LP.
L.E.P. and J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League rarely disappoint together, so I can’t wait to hear the end-result of this session. Also, be sure to check out L.E.P.’s SXSW journey, shot and chopped by Greg Buissereth, below.

Last Thursday, Fake Shore Drive joined forces with Red Bull for 120 Hours In Austin, which took place during the now mandatory festival for musicians, South By Southwest. The lineup featured many of Chicago’s heaviest hitters including ShowYouSuck, Chance The Rapper, Spenzo, L.E.P. Bogus Boys and The Cool Kids. Master P was our headliner, and the Colonel and his newly revamped No Limit soldiers did not disappoint.
If you missed the show, we feel sorry for you, but we do have some pictures and videos to bring you up to speed. If you did make it out, we’d like to thank you for your support and hope you had an amazing time. Red Bull’s #SoundSelect presented by Fake Shore Drive will return in May with another crazy lineup, so stay tuned for more details.

We’re proud to premiere the first single from the L.E.P. Bogus Boys’ Infared/Blueprint Group debut — “Commas”, featuring Ma$e and Lil Wayne. You may remember news of The Bogus Boys and Mr. Betha working on this one, but Wayne has since jumped on Count and Moonie’s 808 Mafia-laced single.
If you’re in Austin this week, be sure to stop by Gatsby’s on Thursday to catch L.E.P. live alongside The Cool Kids, Spenzo, ShowYouSuck, Chance The Rapper and Master P. Peep the details here.

With the festivities in Austin, TX now less than a week away, it’s only right that we bring to you our official lineup for 120 Hours In Austin. Fake Shore Drive was selected as one of five curators from across the country to host a show in Austin next week, so you know we had to bring you the best in Hip-Hop. We obviously have to rep for Chicago, with a bill stacked with some of the Chi’s finest, but we also grabbed a special guest headliner, who is known to the world as the Colonel of the Tank. Yeah, we had to do that.
As well as P, The Cool Kids are back again for a reunion show of sorts, and are joined by the L.E.P. Bogus Boys, Chance The Rapper, Spenzo and ShowYouSuck.
We give you the FSD guarantee that it will be one of the best shows of the week, chock full of surprises and special guests. Trust us when we say this is something you won’t want to miss.

After alining themselves with Gee Roberson’s Interscope imprint, the Low End Professionals are ready to unleash the latest installment of their Don’t Feed Da Killaz mixtape series. For the first offering, Count and Moonie liberate the D. Rich-produced “X’s & O’s” which they have had in the stash long before Jeezy’s “How It Feel”. Consider this one a warning shot, as L.E.P. have a lot more music on the way.
Don’t Feed Da Killa, Vol. 4 drops later this year.
