VH1′s Love & Hip-Hop Coming To Chicago?
Say it ain’t so. Word on the street is that VH1′s hit series Love & Hip-Hop, which has already taken up residency in NYC and Atlanta, is headed to Chicago next. I’ve heard rumblings of producers poking around Chicago looking for talent, and up until recently they had an ad on Craigslist searching for cast members (the call out is now down). Rumored cast members include Shawnna, Lanipop and the infamous Sydney Star whose audition tape surfaced on YouTube today. I’m not sure who else would round out the cast, but I’m sure there are more than enough artists/producers/managers here to make it a very interesting season.
Could Cook County be in the hot seat next season? I’m sure we’ll soon find out.

Shawnna is set to embark on a national strip club run, entitled the Big & Fat Tour. She’ll be hitting select gentlemen’s clubs around the country alongside adult film star Jada Fire. Shawnna sexes things up alongside Mush Millie with their new collaboration, aptly titled “Sex.” Per Shawnna’s camp a remix featuring Missy Elliot (!!!) is on the way. Good lord. Stay tuned for more details.
T-Pain x Shawnna – Pimp N Tha Caddy
Remember way back when, when Shawnna was allegedly signed to T-Pain’s Nappy Boy imprint? It was after DTP, but before the Bangladesh and MMG rumors. I thought that deal had been solidified and done, but I believe Pain had conflicts with his label and the imprint never materialized. Well, it appears Shawnna and Pain have connected yet again, this time for “Pimp N Tha Caddy.” But while we’re not sure about the song title, we are excited to hear what they put together below.
