Payola Inc. hosted the first of their “Heart of the City” concert series last week in Chicago. Their next event is scheduled for November 1st and will feature Mic Terror. GemStones kicked off the first show, and was joined by the likes of Shayla G, Ptoda, JDP and Substance.
