Video: Crucial Conflict Freestyling with Warren G

Posted on November 15, 2009 by Andrew Barber

Cold Hard & Kilo a.k.a. one half of Crucial Conflict, joined Warren G on stage for a freestyle during his otherwise lackluster set this past Friday at the Metro in Chicago.

I hate to say it, but the G Child was quite the disappointment.  I mean, I’m not sure what I was expecting to see, but you’d think he would’ve stuck around and played longer than 20 minutes.  Not even a verse from “What We Go Through” – WTF?.  Luckily, Planet Cru Con (who danced around on stage during Warren’s entire set) were there to save the day.

Sidenote:  When Cold Hard walked in, he told me Warren G had called them to come by the show.  I asked CH if they were going to perform “Dollars Make Sense” , and Cold Hard adamantly denied ever recording such a song with Warren. I beg to differ.  Ya diiiig??!
