If you didn’t already know, Boogz, Toussaint & TJ Crawford have started a new radio show entitled Wut’s Good Radio, which will be airing every Thursday from 7am-10am on Vocalo 89.5 (you can also stream online at Vocalo.org ). Their motto for the program is “We Say What They Won’t and Play What They Don’t” – and from the sound of their first episode, it couldn’t be more true.
Enter the interview they did with Mike Love last week, where they discuss the taboo topic of radio payola. We all know Mike’s former radio home, and he opens up, very honestly, about some of the shady business practices he saw firsthand. You’ve gotta respect Mike for this one.
