the song is called skateboard gangsta, of course you will see a skating video again (kick push) which homey even says in his lyrics. not sure about sean mac being an authentic skater but i dig it. even if the concept is familiar you cant front on the way it was shot, better than most shit posted on here.

Why does anything that looks professional in Chicago gets an automatic pass. Just because it looks good doesnt mean the idea is good. Yes its a excellently shot video but this concept is extremely old and overdone. Its about 4 years too late for this to be considered as credible. Lupe came through with that and opened the door for a slew of followers for 3 yrs and this video comes even later….FAIL. And the whole gangster who skates is just fuckin lame/corny/laughable.. but like I say Chicago never has original ideas because this isnt a really a free minded city, this city trains you to follow and think inside a box. The moment you step outside of whats considered normal you will be outcasted, laughed at, or shunned. Therefore the part of the brain that develops uniqueness, creativity, and brilliance is never exercised. So we have a city of corny followers who never learned to think for themselves. Everybody plays it safe and bites other cities flavors.
Dope song, dope beat, dope lyrics,…cant wait for the S.M. project…but wtf is a skateboard gangsta? I think the video woulda been a better look for chicago with the goons behind him and the gritty imagery that the video already has. It was such a good quality film that it spoke for itself…it really didnt need the "different" factor of the skateboards and such.
