Another incomplete/unreleased Kells joint has surfaced tonight. He shouts out Juvenile at the beginning of the song, and it’s clear it’s missing a few verses.
My theory? Remember when Juvy dropped his first album without the aid and assistance of Cash Money? Reality Check? Anybody? Well, his first single was “Rodeo”, which featured a sped up sample of Kells’ “Bump-N-Grind” Remix. Perhaps this was to be the remix to that record, but Atlantic pulled the plug once the single didn’t pick up enough steam to warrant a remix? It does sound a little 2006-ish, now doesn’t it?
