Thursday it was announced that Lu had recorded his segment for Bill O’Reilly’s The O’Reilly Factor, and this morning Lu’s man 50 grand, DJ Busy, took to Twitter to announce that Lupe’s appearance will air Monday night.
The O’Reilly Factor airs Monday night at 7pm CST on Fox News. This is going to be something special. You mad?
awesome… I haven’t seen the footage but I can only guess what happened. O’Reilly starts by asking Lu a condescending question to which Lu replies with a some spurious fact he read on the back of a coffee cup. Then O”Reilly berates Lupe with insults as a timid, unprepared Lupe tries to conjure up a Noam Chomsky quote he vaguely remembers hearing in the bonus features of a Rage Against the Machine DVD he bought a few years ago. O’Reilly ends the segment with a smug looking smirk knowing he owned another loud mouth celeb, and Lupe returns to his dressing room filled with skate boards and japanese toys a broken man.
Something like that you think?
That or he stood up 1/4 through the interview and said “See y’all at the real interview” and walks off set. That seems to be his signature move.
