Epic labelmates Fresco Kane, King L and Cashout connect for a bouncy posse cut entitled “I Like Dat.” True story: I was actually in the lab with these three when they recorded it at Quad Studios in NYC this past summer. All three were in the studio together writing and bouncing to the beat, and the finished product was a success. The vibe in the room was crazy, and the song came out quite well, and didn’t at all seem forced. Believe it or not, I told them to chop and screw Louie’s line “Here’s a pillow bite on that” and add it at the intro and outro, and they actually kept it. Ha! Check out the finished product below.
