Finale_Final 3 On Stage

FSD: First and foremost, congrats on a successful run on MOTM. How are you feeling after having your record scratched?

DJ Dynamix: Thank you! I’m a little disappointed that I didn’t show and prove on this last challenge and make it to the final 3, but I was content with the decision and felt they made the right choice. Everyone in the final 4 is super talented so it doesn’t really hurt too bad to get cut at this point.
FSD: Do you have any regrets with the show or your performance?
DJ Dynamix: I definitely have regrets about that last challenge. If I could do it all over again, I would edit some more of the songs to give them more flavor. I feel like that was my disadvantage. I didn’t hype the tracks up enough.
FSD: What’s next for you?

DJ Dynamix: I’m traveling a lot more now and expanding my audience to different markets. I’m just trying to conquer different parts of the US first, then different cities all over the world. I’m also working with a few DJ friends on building something that’ll inspire current and future DJs.
FSD: How did your fans react to the elimination?
DJ Dynamix: A lot of them were bummed to see me go, and some of them even said they refused to watch the show now that I’m off. That kind of support overwhelms me and I’m grateful for it, but I still encourage them to watch the show and promise them that the guys still have more amazing routines to show. I know I’m still going to be watching.
The Final Battle
FSD: Who do you think will be the entire competition?
DJ Dynamix: It’s really a tough decision and it depends on what challenges are up next. Loczi has a lot of talent when it comes to producing so if that challenge comes up, I’m sure he’ll nail it over everyone else. Jayceeoh and Incrediboi seem to have the advantage in party-rocking. Chris Karns is a monster when it comes to doing next level routines on the turntables, so if a challenge comes up that relates, he’ll knock it down. At this point, it’s pretty hard to tell.
FSD: Who are you rooting for if anyone?
DJ Dynamix: If I were to root for anyone, I’d want to give my support to the underdog, and I feel like Incrediboi is that dude. Jay, Chris, and Loczi are all pretty established and successful in their realms and I feel like Incrediboi has the most to gain with winning the competition. So, though I have a lot of love and respect for all those guys, I’m gonna have to root for Incrediboi.
FSD: Where can we find you next?
DJ Dynamix: I’ll be announcing my dates and locations as they get closer so PAY ATTENTION & follow me on twitter: @dynamixif2,soundcloud.com/dynamixif2, and keep checking my website: www.dj-dynamix.com for more videos, mixes, and updates. =)
