Unless you’ve been under a boulder, then you surely saw that Kanye West held an impromptu listening session for his forthcoming album, Yeezus, last night in NYC. The event was held in the loading dock outside of Milk Studios in the Meatpacking district, which featured a video and light show, that those from the street could see and hear.
Select VIPs such as Jay-Z, Beyonce, Q-Tip, DJ Khaled, Timbaland and Busta Rhymes were in attendance, as was the DONDA fam, and various bloggers and media personalities. From the info dished out, we’ve learned that be project only features 10 songs, two of which featured King Louie and Chief Keef. As we’ve already seen, Louie is featured on a record called “Send It Up.”
Kanye had a lot to say last night, and was visibly happy, so listen to him talk about the project, its goal and its collaborators above.
