The GTW, whom some of you may know from Windy-based R&B group Jody, connects with Chicago songstress Dre Green for the 90’s inspired “Neymar Night”. This may be a little different than what you’re used to around here, but it’s pretty great. I think I’ll let GTW take it from here:
“Neymar Night” is basically a term for a certain night when a couple just “kicks it”(with neymar being the best futbol player in the world now). I collaborated with my friend, Chicago based vocalist Dre Green on this, letting her take the lead while i did additional background vocals. The production I did on this was old school 90’s ATL Bass inspired with tribal drums fluttering over the breakdown, Both styles have kept my obsession in past releases (ie: ssense mix / tink remix) ^ . ^ The single is free via my label/collective Saturday
