Out of all the juke artists in Chicago you decide to support amateurs because they got a savemoney feature, cheeky.

just because you havent heard of them doesnt make them amateurs. was kanye an amateur before you heard him?? and i don’t support any music just cuz it has savemoney in it..i only listen to music i feel, and it happens to be this

I have heard of them before, they’re amateurs because they’re poor producers. The beat barely sounds mixed right, and the chords are off-key at times, the kick protrudes the threshold… What I mean is there are professional Chicago Juke producers who have been showcased worldwide, Chicago juke producers who have been nominated for a plethora of awards, so it’s very evident that Tokyo was the selling point for fake shore. It’s all love though, we’ve known for a minute that FSD doesn’t really care about the integrity of the Chicago music scene, rather who has the most hype.

And yet your disappointed you’re not being posted on a blog you go to great lengths to discredit. Very hypocritical. For someone who’s been in the game as long as you have you have to know talent only gets you so far. Instead of spending your time over critiquing these artists cause they’re getting shine you feel others deserve how Bout you work on your branding, website and press kit so that you will get posted. Don’t worry bout us, we’ll be fine. Novices or not we’re doing something right. Music’s about the journey and we’re enjoying ours. And we will continue to grow.

Real Talk , how old our you Earl? Because it seems to me like your around 30 and salty you or your boys never got a fakeshore post. These cats just barely hit 21, one of thems not even 21. And there doing something a different. No there not the first in Chicago, and they are not going to be the last. But there going to keep creating music, and keep learning. In a year or two you not gunna have shit to say sound and the chords not mixing. And when they hit thirty I promise you there gonna be along way from here still making this juke music. But hey man its Chicago we love our haters, sad thing is you prolly typing from Schaumberg hating on young Chicago kids having fun making tunes. I know its ICY out but relax with the salt bruh.

All he’s saying is that there are plenty of Chicago Juke artists who would deserve a spot on this overhyped blog before A Billion Young. Earl is definitely one of them. ( One of the Pioneer’s of Chicago Juke Music and one of the few people that have brought it to a worldwide level) I don’t think he was hating when he pointed out that at this point ABY are novices, it’s very evident.

production talent is something very measurable, unlike rapping. although dissapointed, this is something I would expect from FSD any day of the week.

All of you guys are absolutely right. I know nothing about juke music, except that Im a proffesional juke music dancer. that was a joke. Earl is probably the bees knees of juke music and im looking foward to checking his shit out. But my boys ABY are gunna keep making music, one day hopefully it will be easiar for u pros to listen to, and if not fuck it, they gon keep making it. And they got people who love there shit. It just seems like you guys are mad they got a fakeshore post, which is fine because Chicago is the City of way to many haters. Its just funny to me when you could be helping eachother instead of throwin salt on the compouter. Either way everybody gunna keep making music, dont be mad they getting heard. In the great word of kanye We Dont care what people say

You call this juke? first off That was probably the WORST verse i have heard ALL YEAR. I know Tokyo from chance and Vic mensa and hes not bad at all….neither is his group but that verse was complete garbage. People write there asses off all day with no exposure and that piece of shit of a verse got a post? Weakest bars fake shore drive has ever posted. The singer isn’t bad at all but the beat didn’t fit her, at the same time the verse from Tokyo was complete trash anyway. The beat barely sounds like its done, and the chords are off-key as fuck.

Tokyo Shawn probably knew these guys are amateurs and dropped a lame ass verse on the song because he got paid for it….that was far from Hip-Hop and FAR from a good verse. whack ass lyrics. Lack-luster and half ass work from Tokyo. Sad because they used his name to get on this blog probably

Tokyo Shawn OFFICIALLY might have just ruined his career with that verse or messing around with these guys. That verse ruined the singers addition to the song on top of that it was straight up horrible. I expected better being somewhat of a Savemoney fan but wtf was that?

I’m not an authority on juke music production, but I think the chords are fine. There are just a couple of chord dissonances. I like them and they contribute to the moody musical arrangement.
