Yesterday, Chance The Rapper sent shockwaves throughout the industry after instagramming a picture of himself on a hospital gurney wit the caption “Pray for my boy chance.” The photo created such an uproar that Chance’s manager Pat Corcoran took to Chance’s Twitter account to issue a statement. Thankfully, Chano is a-okay, and today he further confirmed that by Tweeting the following:
Thankfully Chano is recovering and is getting the proper care he needs. The tour life and travel schedule of star can be very taxing and grueling, so hopefully he’s getting the rest and relaxation he needs.
Chance’s schedule is to resume Wednesday with a concert, followed by an appearance at the the Counterpoint Festival in Georgia this weekend. Get well soon.
