By far one of the best projects to come out this year, that most of you are sleeping on. Return Of The Hard Core contains a variety of beats that teeter on boom-bap, but Brown can masterfully switch up and drop something up-tempo without skipping a beat (no pun!) Brown’s delivery alone is enough to grab you, but he also backs it up with solid and impactful bars on each song. With standouts such as “Bar-Baric” and “Cobra Clutch,” this project is worth a listen and should be getting way more attention than it has.
