So J. Arthur is a member of the duo theWHOevers, and he’s embarking on a solo career. Featured on this new joint, “What’s It Gonna Be,” is DotKom who is also a member of theWHOevers. But nah, this isn’t a WHOevers record. It’s a solo song featuring the other member — like when Kurupt would drop a song with Daz. It wasn’t like that was a Dogg Pound record just because the two were on it — or was it? But I digress. Arthurs black&white project is on the way, and today he blesses us with another loosie.
