Chances are you’ve seen Chancelor The Rapper drop tidbits about his new open mic, which he’s calling Open Mike, on the Twittersphere over the past few days and today, Chance unveiled all of the details.

Open Mike will be happening biweekly at The Chicago Cultural Center’s Cassidy Theater and will kick off this coming Monday (2/9) at 5pm. The open mic is open to all IL high school students, but you must have your high school ID present. You’re welcome to come out and participate whether you’re a high school rapper, poet, dancer, singer or comedian.

Doors will be opening and sign-ups will be taking place at 4:45, with the open mic kicking off at 5pm and ending at 7:30pm. Got it? Good. Now tell a friend to tell a friend!
