The Durk bonanza continues, as today the local artist covered Chicago’s Red Eye, who did a nice profile and video interview on the rapper. You can read the full piece here, as well as check out the video interview. More pics of Durk’s spread can be found below.

For now, Durk will wait for “Remember My Name” (which includes features from local crooner Jeremih, Hypno Carlito and an unexpected collab with Logic; familiar names like Young Chop and Metro Boomin handle production duties) to make a splash. “I want to make a statement to the industry, have people call me for hooks and become a real tour artist,” he says. A national tour is planned to support the album, plus, eventually, the release of music he has locked in his vault. He laughs, “I just be holding [onto] music,” also hinting at recordings with Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa.
