No wonder Fukinaga walked away. The studio had their commercial, cheesy, loud cliche background music, horror cgi demands and Muschetti is a hack stooge that would abide by it. Nothing spectacular about this film (other than MAYBE Skarsgard, but even he was overtaken by corny weird layered CGI shots, how many times was he going to shake and run unnaturally) Very disappointing. I think people need to be honest with themselves about this film.
