Yo I was wondering where Dave Coresh has been. He was one of the most promising young emcees of the Chicago scene a few years ago, and then he vanished. Poof. Vamoose. Etc. Well, turns out he headed out West for Los Angeles (where else?) and has landed in a band that shares his moniker, CORESH. The four person unit gives us their debut EP today titled, HEVVY, which features five new genre-bending tracks.
Happy to hear Dave’s back, and this fresh hip-hop/rock sound on HEVVY is the icing on the cake. I bet this is crazy live. For now, check out the EP below as well as the video for “RUN.” Enjoy.
