I like to refer to Pav and Qualmes as the party boys. They should really swap their name to that. Every time I see them, or post a video, they’re on one and almost always having a good time. Even if they’re locked up on some trumped up charges, as you’ll see in the video above. These two went from finessing DUIs to doing the crime and doing the crime.
