Just as the Draft Town packed up and bailed on Chicago, Waterr and producer iLL Brown have connected to give us their new EP, The Program, inspired by the legendary 90s football movie of the same name. These two have me ready to go revisit that film, but not before listening to their back-to-basics EP that features four new tracks.
