Spotify’s powerful series, Clarify, arrives Chicago this TODAY, September 27th. Clarify seeks to raise social awareness and spark dialog about the pressing issues young people face today — most importantly the issue of civil rights. Clarify’s tagline is “the big issues, minus the noise,” and they take that to task with a great panel conversation featuring Jamilah King of Mic.com, Charlene Caruthers of Black Youth Project, photographer Wyatt Gallery, and Cheryl Pope of SAIC.
They’ll also be premiering the new Clarify episode featuring Chicago’s own Vic Mensa. Joe Freshgoods and Vic Lloyd (James & The Giant Trap Beat) will be DJing and admission is free. The event runs from 12p-8pm TODAY, with the talk beginning at 6:30pm. You can RSVP right here, right now.
