Back in August, Ric dropped his acclaimed Soul Bounce album, that has definitely ushered his name into the mix of must watch artists in the city of Chicago right now. So after taking a few months off to let the project marinate, he’s back with some new music, and it’s as good as anything we’ve heard from Ric. Funky, fun and fresh all rolled into one. Another winner from the catalog. This time he’s brought Femi and David Ellis along for the ride. It’s called “Make A Living,” and it cleverly revives one of my favorite samples that I haven’t heard flipped in quite a while. Get into it right now.
