But today, that question is now irrelevant as his long-awaited album, Just Like The Movies, is finally here. Executive Produced by Knox Fortune, the album is a walk on the wild side that’s musically rich and vocally potent. Pound for pound, KAMI is one of the best rappers in the Chi, but I’m guessing he’s more on the singing tip on this one. Fuck it, he can do what he wants.
The SaveMoney commando gives us 13 new tracks featuring Joey Purp, Vic Mensa, Towkio, Sterling Hayes and Knox, and is largely produced by Mr. Fortune himself. The wait is over, so celebrate this monumental occasion below.
