It had to happen eventually. After over a week of teasing, NPR has released Chance’s visit to their Tiny Desk. Backed by SoX, Chano performed a set that included, besides his own recorded material, a cover of Stevie Wonder’s “They Won’t Go Where I Go” and an original poem he wrote on the drive to the office from the hotel. With stadium tours soon to be the norm for him, it’s always a treat to see Chance perform smaller, more intimate sets like this one.
