Joseph Chilliams had a breakout 2017, and is starting out the new year strong with his clever Napoleon Dynamite-inspired video for “Fergie.” I do believe I’ve said it a few times here, but Joe arguably makes the best videos in Chicago, and he keeps that track record going strong with the hilarious “Fergie” clip.
The dancing is so good, it’ll make you want to learn each and every step. It can be best described with one word: Fergalicious.
