Sen Morimoto has been on our radar for a couple of years now, making vocal, instrumental, and production appearances on some of our favorite projects from artists like Ric Wilson, Joseph Chilliams, Qari, and Kaina. Today, he releases his Sooper Records (co-founded by Nnamdi Ogbonnaya) debut Cannonball! The Kyoto-born artist brings one of the more unique voices in the Chicago music scene, and that’s really saying something. This is the beginning, but trust that you’ll be seeing Sen’s name in a lot of places.
