Saba continues his incredible year. After ‘Care for Me’ made (almost) everyone’s year-end list, he’s come up with a new release pattern that is keeping everyone on their toes.
In a time where it’s harder and harder for artists to stay relevant and songs are only hot for a matter of days, Saba has dropped a single something like 7 Fridays in a row.
It’s crazy smart to consistently get placed on weekly playlists and grow buzz – and not to give away game – but I think the strategy will be picked up by a bunch more artists soon.
But — it only works if the songs are hot. And right now, Saba can’t miss.
