If you know one thing about Andrew Barber (yes I’m speaking in third person), it’s that I’m a staunch support of the underdog. Always have been, always will be. I have receipts, but I don’t need to pull them out. You get the idea.
That’s why I’m always so excited about who’s next up. Who’s on the come up. Staying 10 steps ahead is a gift, but you gotta work hard at it. That said, today we have some new music from a few of Chicago’s new class of underdogs, who won’t be in that category for much longer. Posse cut wizard, Sunny Woodz, has assembled quite the cast on his latest drop fittingly titled “Underdog.” He has Femi. He has UG. He has Mr. Chilliams. That’s a three-headed monster if I’ve ever heard of one.
