I ran into Merk Murphy and Peeda Pan at Mikkey’s “Internet on Lock” event last night and they told me there was a slight delay on the Dedication 2 Notorious mixtape they’re putting together, but did say they’d be sending along this joint today. Later in the night I ran into Nick and Beans, who gave me a little insight into the track as well as mentioned that they did not have the instrumental, so Beans went ahead and replayed it.
And just for the record, the original is easily in my Top 10 favorite Biggie songs ever.
