I don’t think six or seven months ago I would have been able to predict the monster that Twitter has become. I mean, let’s be serious here – it’s just status updates and random thoughts. However, it’s turned into a new culture and form of communication altogether…the President is on it for Chrissakes. Not to mention, it has the Myspace slayer Facebook, switching gears and shaking in their boots. And that’s nothing to sneeze at.
So obviously with this huge Twitter boom, comes the thirsty media, and a new form of stalking following your favorite celebs, bloggers (*wink*) and athletes.
Enter the LA Times piece on the ’25 Twitter Must Follows’ and you’ll find El Che ranked at #11, on a entertaining list featuring such esteemed colleagues as Christopher Walken, John Mayer, Shaq Diesel and Martha Stewart. Hey, at least he’s in good company!
