Chicago group 21st Century Hip Hop are claiming Mr. “This is Why I’m Hot” bit their concept for a rock-infused record Mims did called “Devilhorns”. Apparently, Mims dropped “Rockin Rollin” years after 21st Century unleashed “Devilhorns”, and the concept was lifted completely. Sounds a bit far-fetched, but hey, anything can happen.
