Common’s The Dreamer, The Believer Moves 69k In Opening Week

Posted on December 28, 2011 by Andrew Barber

According to Nielsen Soundscan, Common’s ninth album, The Dreamer, The Believer, lands on the Billboard 200 at #17, moving approximately 69,000 copies in its first week. Not a bad debut for Common and No I.D.’s first pairing since 1997’s One Day It’ll All Make Sense.

If you’ve yet to pick it up, I urge you to do so now.

Not a bad debut, but I wish more people had gotten a copy because it is a solid HIPHOP album.
