Freddie Gibbs – “Crushin’ Feelins”

Posted on January 5, 2010 by Andrew Barber

“I drew my tape out on the streets and watch my tape liftoff/ Without a verse from Weezy, Kanye or the fake Rick Ross/ Fuck a cosign I hold mine close to the hip/ Crushin’ feelin’s leavin’ n***** on some emotional shit…”

The first leak from Freddie’s upcoming mixtape, Str8 Killa, No Filla, due out in February.  Here he snatches up Statik Selektah’s “Top The Top (Stick 2 The Script)”, and crafts his own joint.  Gibbs actually played this joint along with a handful of others set for his debut album last time he was in town.  He’s got heat on deck.
