The Boy Illinois – Off Shore Banking

“We don’t chase banks, we just ship it overseas”

The Boy Illinois takes it back to the BET Uncut era and utilizes the instrumental from Benzino’s “Bellowzino” as the canvas for his latest drop, “Off Shore Banking”. This joint is just another loosie to prepare people for Illi’s new project, Pointe: New Age Colonialism, scheduled to release later this year.

Don’t forget, you can catch Illi live with Saint Millie and Psalm One at the Museum Of Contemporary Art Chicago this Saturday night for Word Weekend’s The Language Of Hip Hop program — co-curated by Fake Shore Drive. The show is free for all ages and kicks off promptly at 7:15pm, so don’t miss out. The Boy Illinois, Saint Millie and Psalm One live in Chicago museum, for free? Doesn’t get much doper than that.
