The Closed Session family returns with some new music — and bring it back to their tried and true formula of bringing an artist to the Chi for their first show, then shuffling them over to Soundscape Studios to record some music. They’ve done it for countless big name artists, and today they bring us something from bubbling St. Paul emcee, Allan Kingdom.
They dropped Kingdom in the lab with Chi City production outfit, Odd Couple, and this is what they came up with. Oh, and there’s a nice documentary compiled by Andrew Zeiter as well. Watch above, listen below. And raise a glass to good music.
