Those lucky enough to land a pair of the coveted adidas Yeezy Boost’s in NYC this weekend (the shoes sold out in under three minutes) were treated to an unexpected surprise, as Yeezus himself was on hand at the adidas Originals store to dish out the first pairs available to the public. Talk about a double win.
Now we can only hope Kanye does something similar to this for his hometown of Chicago when we’re finally able to get our hands on them. It’s looking like we’ll have to wait until February 28th unless we somehow manage to get some sort of secret event. Happy Valentines Day, indeed.
