Today we’re happy to announce the launch of a dope new Chicago-based music app, the incredibly dope and groundbreaking, Nusiki. It’s music’s new social network and app — made by Chicagoans — for the world. The best way I can describe it is as being the lovechild of Spotify and Instagram. Its goal? To make it easier to share your favorite music with friends and networks.
I’ve had a beta version of sorts for the past few weeks and have enjoyed using it and sharing some of my favorite tracks (old and new) on the service. You can follow us at fakeshoredrive on there — obviously.
A sneak preview of the app is now available for download, prior to Nusiki’s official launch down at SXSW. You can check out our page on Nusiki now, as well as some of Chicago’s finest including Alex Wiley and DJ Oreo. See some of your favorite songs and interact in an entirely new way.
Download the Nusiki RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW.
Also, if you’re down in Austin for SXSW, be sure to check out the first of their two MAJOR SXSW-partnered showcases, the SXSW Takeover, where Nusiki is the official sponsor. On Saturday, March 21st they’re bringing J. Cole, Bas, Cozz, Omen, Joey Badass, G-Eazy, Redman, Allan Kingdom and IAMSU to ACL LIVE. The details for the March 21st show can be found below, with RSVP information.
Stay tuned for more from Nusiki and FSD in the coming days. You’ve been warned.
Done. Might b dope….
